Maa Tujhe Salaam – Mother’s Day Special Poetry Event
Maa Tujhe Salaam is a heartwarming evening of poetry and storytelling dedicated to mothers, their sacrifices, silences, and timeless love.
How to Join:
- Only 8 performance spots available, first come, first served. No overbooking, no fillers.
- Each performer will present 2 pieces, and at least one must be about “maa”, directly or indirectly.
Why You Should Attend:
- Celebrate motherhood in a raw, poetic, and profound way.
- Witness heartfelt performances in an intimate setting.
- Be part of a community that values emotions over applause.
What happens if I register but don’t bring a piece about “maa”?
Then you won’t be allowed to perform, simple as that.
This evening has a clear emotional brief, and every performer is expected to respect it. If your set doesn’t include at least one piece centered around “maa,” your performance slot will be forfeited, and it may be offered to someone else.
You’re still welcome to stay and attend as an audience member, but the stage is reserved only for those who align with the theme.

What if I don’t have a piece about the topic "mother"?
Then this might not be the right stage for this evening. At least one of your two pieces must revolve around “maa” in any form, direct or metaphorical.
-
Can I attend without performing?
Absolutely. You can simply register as an audience member and be part of the experience, sometimes, listening hits deeper than speaking.
