Ibtidaa means beginning in Urdu ( इब्तिदा•اِبْتِدا ), and that is exactly what this poetry event is all about. Ibtidaa is for poets who are just starting their journey in poetry writing and performance, or who are not confident on stage and have stage fear. Our mission is to provide a supportive and welcoming space for new poets to express themselves and connect with other poets and poetry lovers.
